Choose delivery or pickup at checkout. Delivery options and prices are calculated from your Canadian postal code. For pickup, we find a boutique that has every item in your bag and reserve your pieces while payment is completed. Your assigned boutique appears on your order after payment is confirmed. Please wait until your order is marked ready before visiting.

Keep your pieces beautiful

Store jewellery separately in a soft pouch. Remove it before swimming, exercising or using household cleaners. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Gemstones and finishes need different care; ask a Mulu boutique before using cleaning solutions or ultrasonic cleaners.

Returns, sizing & assistance

For questions about a purchase, sizing, repair or return eligibility, contact a Mulu boutique with your order number. Our team will explain the options for your specific piece, including any conditions for custom jewellery.

Your shopping information

Your bag and saved pieces are stored in this browser. Checkout uses the contact and delivery information you provide to process and fulfil your order. Design Studio concepts use a private browser session; save your favourite images before clearing your browser data. Newsletter subscriptions are optional and can be cancelled using the unsubscribe link in an email.
